  • 1 lb lean ground chicken
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cucumber, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, oregano, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about one inch in diameter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. While baking, mix yogurt with grated cucumber, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to make the tzatziki sauce.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with tzatziki drizzled on top.
