  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup onions, diced

  • 2 cups cooked rice or quinoa
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped

Instructions
