  • ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and sour cream until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in sliced bananas. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is slightly jiggly. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours or overnight.
