  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles
  • 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread marinara sauce over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Layer mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, sausage, bell pepper, onion, and olives over the sauce.
  4. Starting from one long edge, tightly roll the dough into a log and pinch to seal the seams.
  5. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush with olive oil; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Serve warm with extra marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauces.
