  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup cooked lump crab meat
  • ½ cup raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, chopped shrimp, cream cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Cut pockets into each salmon fillet without cutting through. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
