  • ½ Pound ham (sliced thinly)
  • ¼ Cup olive oil
  • 8 basil leaves (fresh)
  • 1 ½ Ounces balsamic glaze
  • 8 ½ Ounces sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil, julienne cut)
  • Kosher or table salt (as needed)
  • Flake salt (as needed)

Instructions
