  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • kosher salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sriracha (if using). Once fully cooked, remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté the Brussels sprouts until soft and caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Return the ground beef to the skillet and add sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir until well combined.
  4. Serve warm over rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
