  • 20 oz beef steak
  • 8 oz mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim the steak and cut it into 1.5-inch pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the steak in a Ziploc bag, pour in the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  4. While marinating, wash and air-dry the mushrooms.
  5. After an hour, add the mushrooms to the Ziploc bag and marinate for another hour.
  6. Preheat your grill to high heat.
  7. Assemble kabobs by threading steak and mushroom pieces onto skewers.
  8. Grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side for medium rare; adjust time as needed for desired doneness.
  9. Let rest briefly before serving.
