  • 1 1/2 pounds top sirloin steak
  • 2/3 cup soy sauce
  • 6 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 red onion (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 green bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 yellow bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)
  • 1 red bell pepper (cut into one inch pieces)

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into one-inch cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, sugar, ginger, and sesame seeds. Add the cubed steak and toss well to coat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  3. Cut vegetables into one-inch pieces.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread marinated steak cubes alternately with vegetables onto skewers.
  6. Grill skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked to desired doneness.
