  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 10 oz spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, minced garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through (8–10 minutes). Set aside.
  3. Boil spaghetti or linguine in salted water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  5. Return meatballs to the skillet to simmer in the sauce for about 2–3 minutes.
  6. Toss the drained pasta with the meatballs and sauce. Add reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
