  • 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 medium zucchini (sliced)
  • 1.5 cups cooked corn kernels
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté sliced chicken seasoned with smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet.
