  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup chopped candied red and green cherries
  • 1 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. Evenly distribute the chopped cherries, pineapple, raisins, almonds, and coconut over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on top of the layered ingredients.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow cooling completely before slicing into bars.
