  • 1 mango (peeled, cored, and diced)
  • 4 kiwis (peeled and diced)
  • 16 oz strawberries (hulled and diced)
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 10 tortillas (flour or gluten-free)
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Coconut oil cooking spray (or melted butter)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, peel and chop the fruit into small pieces, then gently toss them together.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice and honey until combined. Pour over the fruit mixture and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate while preparing the chips.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
