  • 23 tablespoons heavy whipping cream for frosting

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together softened butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  3. Gradually blend in baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and flour until smooth. Gently fold in patriotic sprinkles.
