  • 1 large round sourdough loaf
  • 1 cup cooked shredded roast chicken
  • 200g Brie cheese, sliced
  • 6 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 100g unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Carefully make diagonal slits in the top of the sourdough loaf to create a diamond pattern.
  3. In a bowl, mix together shredded roast chicken, Brie slices, and crumbled bacon. Spoon into each slit of the loaf.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the top of the filled loaf.
  5. Brush half of the melted butter over the top of the loaf.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Brush with remaining butter before serving.
