  • ¼ cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup brewed espresso
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
