Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water and instant yeast; let sit for 5 minutes until bubbly.
  2. Stir in olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and 2 cups of flour until smooth.
  3. Gradually add remaining flour while stirring until a sticky dough forms; knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap or cloth, and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the risen dough and divide into small pieces; roll into balls and layer them in a greased bundt pan.
  6. Cover again and let rise for an additional 30 minutes until puffy.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
