  • 4 pounds Campari tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large onion
  • 12 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup fresh basil
