  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
