  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh lemon juice

  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
