  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
  2. Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs for about 8–10 minutes until cooked through; set aside.
  3. Boil salted water in a pot and cook linguine until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  4. In the same skillet, melt additional butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese; stir until thickened.
  5. Toss linguine with the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  6. Serve topped with meatballs and garnish with fresh parsley.
