  • 24 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • Milk
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 3 cups cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the chicken.
  3. Fill each empty soup can twice with milk and pour it over the mixture.
  4. Set the crockpot on low and cook for 6-8 hours.
  5. In a separate pot, prepare 3 cups of boiling water with Minute White Rice as per package instructions.
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crockpot and mix everything together.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
