  • 1 cup chopped candied red cherries
  • 1 cup chopped candied green cherries
  • 1 cup roughly chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and essences; beat until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add to wet ingredients while mixing on low speed until just combined.

  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
