  • 1 pound store-bought gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 6 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
  2. Boil salted water in another pot and cook gnocchi according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1 minute. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth. Incorporate cooked gnocchi and sliced chicken into the sauce, mixing gently to coat.
