  • 4 oz cream cheese

  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, sear the chicken in olive oil for about 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet; add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and spinach until wilted.
