  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • Avocado oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon chili crunch
