  • 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: slice kielbasa, trim green beans, and halve baby potatoes.
  2. Layer the sliced kielbasa, green beans, potatoes, and chopped onion in the crockpot.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic and seasonings over the top.
  4. Pour chicken broth into the crockpot and dot with butter.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
