  • 1 ½ lbs chicken breast
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 lb cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Italian seasonings

Instructions

  1. Spray the slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes.
  4. Cook on LOW for 4 hours until chicken is tender.
  5. Shred cooked chicken in the slow cooker and mix well with the sauce.
  6. Stir in tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream; cook on LOW for another 30 minutes.
  7. Add spinach and cook an additional 10 minutes until wilted.
  8. Finish with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
