  • 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (or oven to 400°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt until well-coated.
  3. For air frying: Cook the Brussels sprouts for about 11-13 minutes total, tossing halfway through. For baking: Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 18-22 minutes, tossing halfway.
  4. While cooking, whisk together BBQ sauce, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, and grated ginger in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook until it thickens slightly.
  5. Once Brussels sprouts are crispy, toss them in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Serve warm, topped with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.
