  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • ½ tsp chipotle powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup cooked edamame
  • 1 ripe avocado

Instructions

  1. Pat salmon filets dry, remove skin if needed, and cut into 2-inch cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and sea salt. Reserve one tablespoon of the marinade.
