  • 1 lb thinly sliced steak
  • 1 lb pasta (penne, rotini, fettuccine, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add seasoned steak and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until fragrant (about 1-2 minutes).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and ranch dressing; simmer for 3-5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Return cooked pasta and seared steak to the skillet; toss everything together with the sauce and mix in mozzarella until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, serve hot garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
