200g mushrooms (finely chopped)
150g fresh spinach
1 small onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
100g cheese (mozzarella or cheddar, grated)
2 tablespoons cream cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
Add chopped mushrooms; cook until softened and browned.
Stir in fresh spinach until wilted; season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat; mix in grated cheese and cream cheese.
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into 24 squares.
Place about one teaspoon of filling in each square's center.
Fold over to seal edges firmly; brush tops with beaten egg.
Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet; bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
