  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken wings under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Coat wings in the marinade, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  5. Arrange wings in a single layer on the wire rack.
