  • 100 g Sourdough Starter
  • 350 g Water
  • 500 g Bread Flour
  • 10 g Salt
  • 40 g Oreo Cookies (filling removed)
  • 128 g Crushed Oreo Cookies
  • 42 g Oreo Cream (from one packet)
  • 40 g Crushed Oreo Cookies (filling removed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Oreo cookies by breaking them into pieces and separating the cream.
  2. Mix sourdough starter with water, then add flour and salt to form a shaggy dough.
  3. Cover and let rest for an hour (autolyse).
  4. Stretch and fold the dough while incorporating crushed Oreos.
  5. Allow the dough to bulk ferment until doubled in size.
  6. Shape the dough with Oreo cream and crushed cookies, then place in a banneton.
  7. Cold ferment in the fridge for up to two days.
  8. Preheat the Dutch oven and bake the bread until golden.
