  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 cups spiced apple cider
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
