  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 6 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 3.5 oz chocolate bar (melted)
  • 10 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream (cold)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. For the crust, crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, beat together cream cheese, cocoa powder, sugar, sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate until smooth. Pour over the crust.
  3. For the peanut butter layer, combine cream cheese with sugar until smooth; add peanut butter and sour cream. Pour over the chocolate layer.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form; spread over the pie and drizzle with melted peanut butter. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours before serving.
