  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • oregano
  • thyme
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • white pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by pounding the chicken to ¾-inch thickness and mincing the garlic.
  2. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook penne pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; sauté chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from skillet and let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and chicken broth; stir to combine.
