  • 1 pound chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 carrots (cut into matchsticks)
  • 5 mushrooms (sliced)
  • ¼ cup dark soy sauce
  • ¼ cup oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 yellow onion (cut into slices)
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 green onions (cut into slices)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by mixing dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, red chili flakes, and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic until fragrant, then add chicken. Cook until browned.

  4. Cook udon noodles according to package instructions; drain and rinse.
