  • 15 ounces alfredo sauce (for filling)
  • 3 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 12 ounces cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 8 ounces jumbo pasta shells (cooked al dente)
  • 3 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the alfredo sauce, parsley, ranch dressing mix, and black pepper.
  3. Stir in the chicken, half of the crumbled bacon, half of the mozzarella, and half of the parmesan until well combined.
  4. Fill each cooked shell with about 1½ to 2 tablespoons of the mixture and place them in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella, parmesan, and crumbled bacon. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and broil for an additional 3–4 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with parsley before serving.
