  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla until fully combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients on low speed.
  5. Gently fold in rolled oats and frozen blueberries until just combined.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet about two inches apart.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Let cool on the baking sheet for five minutes before transferring to wire racks.
