Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pie crust
  • Daisy Sour Cream
  • Egg yolks (2, divided)
  • Sugar (4 tablespoons + 1 for egg wash)
  • Cherry pie filling
  • Blueberry pie filling
  • Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out one pie crust and place it in a 9-inch ungreased pie plate.
  2. In a bowl, combine Daisy Sour Cream, 2 egg yolks, and 4 tablespoons of sugar until smooth. Spread this mixture over the bottom crust.
  3. Spoon cherry filling over two-thirds of the mixture and blueberry filling over the remaining third.
  4. Use the second rolled-out crust to cover the pie, creating decorative patterns if desired. Mix 1 egg yolk with milk and brush this over the top crust.
