  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon each thyme, oregano, basil, rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 9 oz roasted peppers, drained and chopped
  • 6 oz salami, finely chopped
  • ¾ cup green olives, chopped
  • ⅓ cup green onion, minced
  • 7 oz sun-dried tomatoes in oil, chopped
  • ¼ cup parsley, chopped
  • Rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9×5 loaf pan by spraying with oil and lining with plastic wrap.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, herbs, spices, cheddar cheese, roasted peppers, salami, olives, and green onion until well-mixed.
  3. Firmly press the mixture into the prepared pan. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  4. Once chilled, unmold onto a platter and top with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh herbs before serving.
