  • 1 box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 26 oz frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 10.5 oz condensed cheddar soup
  • 1/4 cup dehydrated minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed green beans, cheddar soup, milk, minced onion, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar and parmesan cheeses.
  4. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with cooking spray and pour in the green bean mixture evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix the biscuit mix with seasoning packet and remaining milk until smooth.
  6. Spread the biscuit batter over the green bean mixture.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes until the biscuit topping is golden brown.
  8. Brush melted butter mixed with Cheddar Bay seasoning over the top after baking.
  9. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
