  • 1/4 cup packed light-brown sugar (for the crumble topping)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for the crumble topping)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter- cut into small pieces and chilled (for the crumble topping)
  • 1/4 cup salted caramel sauce (for the filling)
  • 2.5 pounds peaches- peel and cut into 1/2-inch slices (for the filling)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (for the filling)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (for the filling)
  • Salted caramel sauce for drizzling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour, sugar, and salt; cut in chilled butter until crumbly. Add ice water gradually until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Make the crumble topping by combining flour, sugars, salt, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly; set aside.
  3. Toss sliced peaches with cornstarch and caramel sauce to coat.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out chilled dough and place in pie dish; fill with peach mixture and sprinkle crumble topping on top.
  5. Bake for about 50 minutes or until golden brown. Allow cooling slightly before serving.
