  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 4 large garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken wings dry using paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  4. Toss the wings in the seasoning mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Place wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Meanwhile, melt butter in a pan and add minced garlic; cook until fragrant.
  7. Toss roasted wings in garlic butter before serving.
