  • 10 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (whole berry or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

  • Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Score the top of the sourdough loaf in a crisscross pattern without cutting all the way through.
  3. Gently pull apart sections of the loaf and fill each pocket with Brie slices and cranberry sauce.
