  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1 cup coarsely grated zucchini
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
