  • 1/2 cup Biscoff Spread
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; set aside.
  3. Cream butter, Biscoff spread, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a stand mixer until smooth. Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
