Scale
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Slice chicken breasts into thin strips and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Chop cabbage, bell peppers, and mince garlic; aim for uniform sizes.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove from pan.
  4. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Sauté garlic briefly before adding cabbage and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  5. Return cooked chicken to the pan. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce; toss to coat evenly.
  6. Drizzle sesame oil just before serving for enhanced flavor.
