  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 box instant banana cream pudding mix (3.4 ounces)
  • 1 package white chocolate chips (11 ounces)
  • 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7 ounces)
  • 3 ounces dried cherries (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup dried pineapple (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels (melted)
  • Sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Mini semisweet chocolate chips (for garnish)
  • m&m's Milk Chocolate M&Ms (red, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, butter, salt, and cream. Heat until boiling while stirring constantly. Boil for 4 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine white chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, and pudding mix. Pour hot mixture over and blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in dried cherries and pineapple.
  4. Pour into a lined baking dish and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight until firm.
  5. Cut into squares and drizzle with melted white chocolate before adding toppings.
